Terms of Service

Welcome to Cozy Dawgs. By using our mobile app, admin dashboard, or any of our services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is through Google or Apple; protect those credentials accordingly.

Bookings and payments

  • Booking requests are confirmed only after we acknowledge them. Availability and pricing are subject to change until confirmation.
  • Cancellation, refund, and no-show policies are presented at the time of booking and form part of the agreement for that stay.
  • You are responsible for paying invoices in full by their due date. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees.

Your pet's care

  • You confirm that the information you provide about your pet — vaccinations, medical conditions, behaviour, and emergency contacts — is accurate and complete.
  • We may decline or end a stay if your pet poses a risk to staff, other animals, or themselves, or if material information was withheld.
  • In an emergency, you authorise us to seek veterinary care at your expense if we cannot reach you or your designated emergency contact in time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no harassment of staff or other users, no attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, no scraping, and no activity that interferes with the Service's operation.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Outstanding obligations (such as unpaid invoices) survive termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and accurate but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
