Cozy Dawgs ("we", "us", "our") operates the Cozy Dawgs mobile application and admin dashboard (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and a unique sign-in identifier provided by Google or Apple when you sign in.
- Profile and pet information — phone number, address, emergency contact, preferred language, and details about your pets that you choose to enter.
- Booking and service history— stays you book, services you select, invoices, and feedback we receive about your pet's stay.
- Operational data — diagnostic logs, error reports, and basic device information used to keep the Service running.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account, bookings, and invoices.
- To communicate about your pet's stay, including updates and emergencies.
- To improve the Service and diagnose problems.
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service (cloud hosting, authentication, analytics) and only as needed to operate it. We may disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time from inside the app, after which we remove or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain records (for example, tax invoices) by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data from the Profile section of the app. For other requests, contact us at support@cozydawgs.com.
Children
The Service is intended for adults arranging pet boarding. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
